Oasis Health Partners, LLC operates this website. This policy explains what we collect through the site and through text messages, how we use it, and who else sees it.
1. Scope
This policy covers oasishp.net and the text messages we send from 786-558-5148. It does not cover the health information in your medical record. That is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which we give to every patient we admit.

The site has no forms. When you call, text or email us, we keep what you send. The site uses no analytics or tracking tools. Our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Please do not send medical details, insurance numbers or other sensitive information by email. Call us instead.

To answer you, to arrange care when you are asking about services, and to keep the site working and secure.
4. Text messages
By providing your mobile number, you agree that Oasis Health Partners may send you SMS text messages about your enquiry, your scheduling, and your care coordination.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customer information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never sold, shared or transferred to any third party.
5. Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions: our website host, our email provider and our telephone and messaging provider. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so when you visit, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy covers that information.
6. Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains more.
7. Patient health information
Nothing you send through this website becomes part of your medical record, and this page is not our HIPAA notice. Patients receive the Notice of Privacy Practices at admission, and it governs how protected health information is used and disclosed. Ask us and we will send you another copy.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Other websites
Where we link to another organisation, their privacy practices are their own and this policy does not cover them.

We will post any change here and update the date at the top.
