Once we have your doctor’s order, a nurse or therapist calls to schedule your first visit within 24 to 48 hours of your hospital discharge.

Medicare covers 100% of the cost of services for eligible patients. Medicaid or private insurance may cover some or all of the cost. Check with your insurer, as each plan differs.

No. Doctors refer patients for many reasons, from chronic conditions to physical, occupational or speech therapy.
