Those gaps send patients back to the hospital. Our nurses and healthcare leaders saw it firsthand, and many of us have been family caregivers. With our community partners, we make the move from hospital or clinic to home a smooth one.

Nurse owned and run
Oasis Health Partners is owned and run by nurses. Our leaders have more than 20 years of experience in organ and stem cell transplantation, intensive care, trauma, cancer care and primary care. They worked in academic, private and safety-net hospitals.
We know where patients fall through the gaps between hospital and home, and we built Oasis to close them, working closely with doctors and caregivers.
